Brandon Sun - ONLINE EDITION

Another cool, wet day today — and tomorrow

A hint of sun early this morning is the only peek you'll get at it — the forecast is grey and gloomy for the next couple of days.

Today, according to Environment Canada, will see clouds rolling in this morning, and will be a generally cloudy day, with showers beginning late this afternoon. The forecast high is well below normal, just 17 C.

Overnight should see more periods of rain, with a total of about 5 mm precipitation, and a low of 12 C.

Tomorrow will stay wet and cool — the high is just 16 C, with a 70 per cent chance of showers, plus the risk of a thunderstorm both late in the morning and in the afternoon.

Thursday, finally, will possibly see some sun. From Thursday through to Sunday, the forecast is calling for sunny skies and highs in the low to mid 20s.

The normal high for this time of year is 24 C, the normal low is 12 C.
