The Brandon Sun is dropping its paywall for the extent of the unexpected flood.

This means that all visitors to brandonsun.com will be able to view and read any story, whether they are subscribers or not. This includes the full PDF archives of the print edition of the paper.

"We understand the need for reliable information in times like this," said Glen Parker, the Sun's sales and marketing director. "Additionally we want to ensure subscribers and single copy customers can continue to read their Brandon Sun until such time as regular delivery can be resumed."

The Brandon Sun has also launched a special Flood 2014 section online, at brandonsun.com/flood, collecting all flood information in one place.

Some people may need to refresh their browsers or clear their browser cache in order to gain full access.
