Two 14-year-old boys have been charged with mischief after police say they scratched the paint of their holding cells with their fingernails.
The two were arrested Wednesday evening, along with a 12-year-old boy, after staff at Westman Place recognized the trio from surveillance video of a Sunday afternoon break-in, when a cash box had been from the concourse merchandise office.
The 12-year-old, a Brandon boy, will appear in court on Feb. 15, on a charge of break, enter and theft.
The two 14-year-olds, also from Brandon, will face the same charge on Feb. 25, as well as an additional charge of mischief to property.
