A 14-year-old girl is in stable condition after being hit by a car as she attempted to cross Highway 10 in Onanole on Saturday.
Yellowhead Area RCMP responded to the collision shortly before 2:30 p.m. Initial investigation shows that the vehicle was traveling north on Highway 10 when it hit the teen.
The girl was taken to Winnipeg hospital with serious injuries.
The 70-year-old Minnedosa woman driving the car was not hurt.
RCMP collision experts will be assisting with ongoing investigation.
