A new Target may be the most visible new store at the Brandon Shoppers Mall, but mall staff say lots more has been changing — and that there's more to come.

Women's fashion retailer Maurice's is one of the bigger names that will be joining the mix later this summer. The chain, founded in Duluth, Minn., will be opening a 5,500-square-foot store in the former Suzanne's and Shoe Warehouse locations. To accommodate the new store, mall staff say that Suzanne’s has closed and left the shopping centre and Shoe Warehouse has relocated to the former Stitches location.

As well, both Dynamite and the Charm Diamond Centre have opened. Charm will be holding a grand opening this Saturday, June 15.

Aldo has just completed a store renovation and opened yesterday with their new look. The Source is currently closed for a major store renovation and will be re-opening at the end of the month.

And jeweller W.K. Chan has renovated a section of their store to accommodate their exclusive Pandora line of jewellery. That section opened today.

The Shoppers Mall is also negotiating with a tenant for the former Randy River location and say they will announce that deal in the near future. The new deal will include a portion of the MsFitz location next door.  MsFitz is relocating to the former MTS Connect space in the Food Court and will be open in this location in July.
