Crane River community centre destroyed

The J.A.R. Centre in Crane River was destroyed Monday night.
Police are searching for an arsonist after a community centre in Crane River burned to the ground late Monday night.
Officers from McCreary joined area firefighters in fighting the blaze, which was reported at about 11:30 p.m. on Monday.
The J.A.R. Centre in Crane River, located about 100 kilometres north-east of Dauphin, was fully engulfed in flames by the time authorities arrived, and it was totally destroyed.
A damage estimate is not available, but it is considered arson, and RCMP are investigating, along with the Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner.
No one was in the building at the time of the fire and there were no reported injuries.
