A man found intoxicated and causing a disturbance in Dauphin has been charged with breaching a court order.
Police in Dauphin were called around 5:30 a.m. on Saturday to a home on Railway Avenue, where they were told a resident of the home was intoxicated and causing problems. He was found to be under a recognizance, and officers arrested him.
The 35-year-old suspect, a Dauphin man, was later released and is scheduled to make his first court appearance in Dauphin on Feb. 19.
