Police say a driver they stopped early Friday morning gave blood samples that were triple the legal limit.
Officers pulled a vehicle over at about 3 a.m. on Friday in the 4200-block of Victoria Avenue. The driver showed signs of being intoxicated, they say, and gave two breath samples that read .26 and .24.
A 29-year-old Brandon man was charged with impaired driving and with drive over .08.
