Extreme wind chill this morning, not much warmer this afternoon
It's a cold Monday out there.
Environment Canada is warning that exposed skin may suffer frostbite in less than 10 minutes this morning, as an Arctic airmass settles in over Manitoba.
With temperatures south of -30 C this morning, even light winds are enough to send the windchill plummetting to between -40 and -45.
