About time that these kids were meant to suffer a few consequences for their actions. Is it really necessary for these children to have cell phones or why are their parents not monitoring the sights that they have used on computer? When I was young we had our childhood disagreements but never did you utter bodily harm threats and if you did your bum was red from the spanking you would have gotten.Somebody has to take the responsibility of teaching these kids respect and it seems to me it SHOULD start at home.

Ha, we were all kids at one time in our life. If we did something wrong then we got a whipping. We as parents have lost control over what our children do. We can't even spank our kids and they know that. The GOVERMENT should stay out of the FAMILY AFFAIRS. Parents can't disapline their kids because the GOVERMENT said so. Years ago, spanking your child in public was alright as long as you knew when to stop. That 12 yearold should be sent to jail just to scare her. It something that they are trying in the States. Maybe she acting up because of FAMILY PROBLEMS but still she should not have threatened those other two girls
