Grandview loses grocery store

On October 10, 2012 at about 7:30 a.m, Dauphin RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to a fire at the Shop Easy Foods in Grandview, Manitoba.

On October 10, 2012 at about 7:30 a.m, Dauphin RCMP as well as local emergency services were dispatched to a fire at the Shop Easy Foods in Grandview, Manitoba.

The Shop Easy Foods in Grandview has been completely destroyed by fire.

On Wednesday at about 7:30 a.m, Dauphin RCMP and local emergency services were dispatched to a fire at the Shop Easy Foods in Grandview, located 160 kilometres north of Brandon.

The building is considered a total loss. A damage estimate is not available at this time, police said in a release Friday.

The Manitoba Office of the Fire Commissioner attended to assist with the investigation. A cause has not yet been determined.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this fire. Police continue to investigate.
