Man causing disturbance was wanted by police

A man who got the cops called on him on Thursday evening was already wanted by police and they say he was found breaching a court order, too, when they arrived.

Police were called to a hotel in the 300-block of 18th Street North just past 8 p.m. on Thursday, where a disturbance had been reported.

When officer arrived, they say they found a man who was already wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant, who was taken into custody.

The 31-year-old Brandon man was to appear in court Friday morning, where he was to additionally face a new charge for breaching conditions of an undertaking.
