Here comes the judge.
Former Dauphin Crown attorney Donovan Dvorak has been appointed to sit as a provincial court judge in Brandon, Attorney General Andrew Swan annouced today.
Dvorak fills a spot left by Judge Krystyna Tarwid who retired at the end of December.
His appointment brings Brandon up to its full complement of three provincial court judges. Shauna Hewitt-Michta and John Combs also preside over provincial court here.
A date for a swearing-in ceremony is yet to be set.
