A driver who blew just under the legal limit was already barred from being behind the wheel.
Police say they pulled him over in the 600-block of 34th Street at about 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday. That's when they found that the 32-year-old Brandon man was prohibited from driving by a court order.
He also showed signs of having been drinking, so they gave him a breath test that was just under the limit. That was still enough to qualify him for a 24-hour roadside suspension.
The man's since been released from custody, but he has a date in court on Sept. 23, where he'll face a charge of driving while disqualified.
