Brandon police arrested two people thanks to warrants on Monday.
On Monday afternoon, they were called to the offices of Probation Services, where a 49-year-old man had reported in. There was a previously issued a warrant for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident and was held overnight to appear in court Tuesday.
Then, on Monday evening, police received a supervision suspension warrant from the Manitoba Youth Center for a 17-year-old girl who lives in a Brandon group home. Officers were able to arrest her there; she was held in jail overnight pending a review of her release status.
