Brandon police picked up three people for assessment under the Mental Health Act on Monday and overnight.
They said Tuesday morning that, in the previous 24 hours, they had dealt with the three people in seprate incidents. All were taken to a care facility for treatment.
Also, on Monday afternoon, Winnipeg Police Service called Brandon to say that they had arrested a 17-year-old boy on the strength of a warrant that the Brandon police had issued for theft under $5,000.
The boy was later released from custody to appear in Brandon court on Sept. 9.
