Brandon police made three minor arrests on Tuesday — including one by request.
They say a 22-year-old Brandon man turned himself in, saying that he no longer wanted to be out on bail, as he couldn't meet the conditions of his house arrest. Police obliged, arresting him for breach of the peace, and holding him in custody until Wednesday morning, when his lawyer was expected to make arrangements for revoking the man's bail.
Cops also took two men to the drunk tank Tuesday. One, a 25-year-old Brandonite, was found passed out on the steps of a business in the 800-block of Pacific Avenue. The other was a 31-year-old Brandonite who was found passed out in the women's bathroom of a business in the 3500-block of Victoria Avenue.
Police are also looking to arrest a 21-year-old Brandon man who wasn't home late Tuesday night. Officers showed up at about 11:30 p.m. to check on his mandatory curfew, but he wasn't there.
