Police took a few people to the drunk tank on Sunday night, including two who were drinking something they shouldn't have been.

The pair, who were picked up separately, were held overnight after becoming intoxicated on what police said were non-potable substances. They've since been released, but will face a fine.

Officers say they also took a 22-year-old man into custody after he was found passed out in the hallway of a building in the 700-block of Rosser Avenue.

And a 38-year-old woman was also held overnight to prevent a breach of the peace. Police say that she was drunk and causing a disturbance at a home in the 2700-block of McDonald Avenue.

Two other people were picked up by police under the Mental Health Act. They've both been handed over to health care facilities.
