Police had a busy night of it Thursday.
They said Friday morning that, in the previous 24 hours, they had made an even dozen arrests for minor offences.
Three people were arrested for breaching the peace. Two other were arrested for shoplifting. Another two were arrested for breaching court orders, and two more were arrested under warrants for failing to appear in court and for breaching their probation.
One person was arrested on the strength of an RCMP arrest warrant, and one person was arrested for domestic assault.
There was also one person arrested under the mental health act.
