Brandon police are asking for help from the public as they search for woman missing nearly three weeks.

Deanne Marie McKinney, 25, was last seen by a friend on Feb. 6, and her current location is unknown.

McKinney is aboriginal, about 4-foot-9 and 100 pounds, with long dark brown hair and red highlights. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, tight fitting blue jeans and black knee length boots with fur on the top. She was also carrying a grey purse.

Police say the missing woman may have traveled to the area of the Dakota Tipi First Nation.

If anyone has information on McKinney, they are asked to call the Brandon Police Service at 204-729-2345.
