Winnipeg police released photos and background information on four missing men this morning, in hopes of eliciting tips about their whereabouts.
Detective Sgt. Shaunna Neufeld said the four men are part of the missing person’s unit cold case file – individuals who have been missing anywhere from one month to several years.
"These are four families who don’t have answers," Neufeld said. "I can’t imagine what they’re going through, not knowing what’s happened. Living with that, year to year."
Neufeld said 75 per cent of the individuals in the cold case file are men, adding these four were chosen at random, to represent the missing men from each year for the last four years.
Anyone with information on these individuals, or any other missing persons, is asked to contact police at 204-986-6250.
