Buses cancelled, some schools closed due to cold

Cold weather has shut down school bus service in Winnipeg today.

Buses in all Winnipeg school divisions will not be running this morning, thanks to the brutally cold conditions. Parents and staff are advised that all schools will be open.

Schools in the Lord Selkirk School Division are closed. There are no bus services and no classes, but staff is expected to report to work.

Also in Interlake School Division, there are no buses and no school due to extreme weather conditions.

School buses inside Brandon are running and all schools in the Brandon School Division are open. Bus service outside Brandon has been cancelled today.
