Yellowhead repoens, but conditions still poor

As another spring snowstorm blows through Westman, drivers should be aware that the roads are suffering.

The provincial highways department a section of Highway 16, between Highway 50 and Highway 352, this morning, although icy roads and poor driving conditions continue in the area.

Highway 16 is also reported to be ice covered between Neepawa and Minnedosa, then snow covered all the way east past Shoal Lake.

The Trans-Canada Highway, too, is mostly under a caution, with ice or snow cover all the way from the Saskatchewan border to Winnipeg, except for the stretch between Brandon and Griswold.

North and south of Brandon, Highway 10 is bare, but snow pack and icy conditions are reported in sections north of Highway 16 and south of Highway 2.
