Sunny day sweeps those clouds away

This is the day you've been waiting for.

It's solid sun and warm temperatures in store for this morning and this afternoon, with a high of 25 C predicted.

A few clouds will roll in late this afternoon, unfortunately, and there's a possibility of showers this evening, although they should end overnight. The nighttime low is expected to be 11 C.

For the weekend, it's two middling days.

Saturday is expected to see a mix of sun and cloud, with a high of 21 C, and a 30 per cent chance of showers, along with a little bit of windiness in the morning that should die down during the day.

Sunday will be a near caarbon-copy of Saturday, although with a high of 23 C, and a 40 per cent chance of showers.

The trend continues for Monday, with a chance of showers and a high in the low 20s. Tuesday, however, calls for sun with no showers.

The normal high for this time of year is 23 C; the normal low is 11 C.
