Police cleared four warrants with just two arrests on Thursday, and nabbed another one just after midnight.
Just past 9 a.m. on Thursday, they stopped and checked a 21-year-old Brandon woman who turned out to have two outstanding warrants for her arrest. She was wanted for failing to appear for fingerprinting and for failing to appear in court. She was taken to the Brandon Correctional Centre for a day and a night, and was to appear in court on Friday morning.
Then, about an hour later, just ahead of 10 a.m., a 20-year-old Brandon man turned himself into police. There were two outstanding warrants for breaching his probation; he was arrested and released and is to appear in court on Sept. 4.
Finally, at about 1 a.m. on Friday morning, police found a 15-year-old boy at a home in the 700-block of Seventh Street. He had an outstanding warrant for breaching his probation, was arrested and released, and is to appear in court on Aug. 25.
