Brandon police attend the scene of a 3 vehicle collision at the intersection of 18th Street North and the Trans Canada highway, Thursday morning.

Two drivers were taken to the Brandon Regional Health Centre following a three car collision at 18th Street N and the Trans Canada Highway on Thursday morning.

An eastbound vehicle made a left turn onto 18th Street N at 10:45 a.m. despite a temporary no turning sign due to construction.

The vehicle was hit by a westbound vehicle. The two vehicles then collided with a stopped vehicle waiting to go south.

The drivers transported to the hospital were treated for non-life threatening injuries. Both have since been released.

The eastbound driver has been charged with disobeying a traffic control device.
