Wet today and cool

More moisture is in the forecast.

After about 9 mm of rain yesterday, Environment Canada is calling for another 5–10 mm today, as showers sprinkle throughout the day.

Winds will pick up, too, becoming 30 km/h from the northwest, along with a high of just 11 C.

Temperatures will drop to about 4 C overnight, with a 60 per cent chance of showers continuing.

However, skies will clear tomorrow, and the winds will die down by late afternoon. The high on Tuesday is expected to be 16 C.

Things will get even warmer on Wednesday, with an expected high of 18 C, under clear and sunny skies, although the low will be just 3 C.

Showers could return for Thursday, but they'll be arm, with a high of 21 C. And sun will return to end the week on a bright note. Friday's high is expected to be 15 C.

The normal high for this time of year is 17 C, the normal low is 4 C.
