Police took a woman to the drunk tank overnight Sunday — their fourth such tenant since Friday morning.

They say the 59-year-old woman was drunk in a restaurant in the 300-block of 10th Street and had to be removed. She was to be released Monday morning when sober.

Police also said Monday morning that, since, since Friday morning: another eight people had been briefly jailed to prevent a breach of the peace; three arrest warrants had been executed; eight people were arrested for failing to comply with a court order; and they dealt with five reports of runaways or missing people.

Over the 72-hour period from Friday morning through Monday morning, police were involved in about 286 calls for service.
