Heroux-Devtek renews five-year contract with Bell Helicopter worth $46M

LONGUEUIL, Que. - Heroux-Devtek Inc. (TSX:HRX) has renewed a multi-year contract with Bell Helicopter for several helicopter programs.

The aerospace products manufacturer says the five-year agreement is valued at more than $46 million, and entails manufacturing the main rotor hub and the tail rotor hub for the new Bell 505 Jet Ranger X, as well as for the 206B and 206L helicopter models.

Heroux-Devtek will also manufacture components for the 212, 407 and 412 aircraft.

The Longueuil, Que., company says the deal broadens the scope its long-standing relationship with Bell Helicopter and creates more value for shareholders.
