Week of March 3:

Aquinox Pharmaceuticals Inc. - Vancouver, Canada, 3.7 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Jefferies, and Cowen & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AQXP. Business: Clinical-stage biotech developing novel drug candidates to treat inflammation and cancer.

Coupons.com Inc. - Mountain View, Calif., 10 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Goldman Sachs, Allen & Co., and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed NYSE symbol COUP. Business: Distributes digital coupons for consumer packaged good companies.

Recro Pharma Inc. - Malvern, Pa., 2.5 million shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Aegis Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol REPH. Business: Clinical-stage biotech developing non-opioid therapeutics for the treatment of pain.
