Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of May 19:

21st Century Oncology Holdings Inc. - Fort Myers, Fla., 13.3 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Wells Fargo. Proposed NYSE symbol ICC. Business: The largest integrated network of cancer treatment centres and affiliated physicians.

Agile Therapeutics Inc. - Princeton, N.J., 4.6 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by RBC Capital Markets and William Blair. Proposed Nasdaq symbol AGRX. Business: Biotech developing prescription adhesive contraceptives.

First Foundation Inc. - Irvine, Calif., 2.2 million shares, priced $21 to $24, managed by Sandler O'Neill and Keefe Bruyette Woods. Proposed Nasdaq symbol FFWM. Business: Wealth manager and commercial bank.

Heritage Insurance Holdings Inc. - Clearwater, Fla., 6 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, and Sandler O'Neill. Proposed NYSE symbol HRTG. Business: Residential insurance company.

JD.com Inc. - Beijing, China, 93.7 million American depositary shares, each representing 2 class A ordinary shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, UBS, and Allen & Co. Proposed Nasdaq symbol JD. Business: Leading Chinese online retailer with $20 billion in gross merchandise volume.

Parsley Energy Inc. - Midland, Texas, 43.9 million shares, priced $15 to $18, managed by Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol PE. Business: Oil and gas exploration and production company operating in the Permian Basin of west Texas.

SunEdison Semiconductor Ltd. - Singapore, 7.2 million ordinary shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Wells Fargo. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SEMI. Business: Leading silicon wafer manufacturer for semiconductors, spun off from SunEdison.
