Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of June 9

Abengoa Yield plc - Brentford, U.K., 23.1 million ordinary shares, priced $25 to $27, managed by Citigroup, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Canaccord Genuity. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ABY. Business: Owns renewable and conventional power and electric transmission assets.

Aspen Aerogels Inc. - Northborough, Mass., 6.7 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE aymbol ASPN. Business: Manufactures high-performance aerogel insulation used in energy facilities.

Memorial Resource Development Corp. - Houston, 36 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by Citigroup, Barclays, and BofA Merrill Lynch. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MRD. Business: Oil and gas E&P backed by Natural Gas Partners focused on North Louisiana formations.

MobileIron Inc. - MountainView, Calif., 11.1 million shares, priced $8 to $10, managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Deutsche Bank. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MOBL. Business: Provides enterprises with a mobile SaaS security platform for secure access and content.

Nordic American Offshore Ltd. - Hamilton, Bermuda, 5.9 million shares, priced $16 to $18, managed by Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan. Proposed NYSE symbol NAO. Business: A spinoff of Nordic American Tankers operating offshore drilling rig platform supply vessels.

Signal Genetics Inc. - New York, 909,000 shares, priced $10 to $12, managed by Aegis Capital. Proposed Nasdaq Capital Market symbol SGNL. Business: Emerging commercial stage, molecular diagnostic company focused on helping physicians make better-informed decisions regarding cancer patients.

Trinseo S.A. - Berwyn, Pa., but incorporated on Luxembourg, 10 million ordinary shares, priced $17 to $19, managed by Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol TSE. Business: A global manufacturer of specialty polymers and plastics.

Zhaopin Ltd. - Beijing, China, 5.6 million American depositary shares, each representing 2 class A ordinary shares, priced $12.50 to $14.50, managed by Credit Suisse and UBS. Proposed NYSE symbol ZPIN. Business: Operates China's most popular career website.
