Initial public offerings scheduled to debut next week

NEW YORK, N.Y. - The following is a list of initial public offerings planned for the coming week. Sources include Renaissance Capital, Greenwich, CT (www.renaissancecapital.com) and SEC filings.

Week of July 21:

Advanced Drainage Systems Inc. - Hilliard, Ohio, 14.5 million shares, priced $17 to $19, managed by Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup. Proposed NYSE symbol WMS. Business: The world's largest provider of high density plastic pipe used in construction.

Atara Biotherapeutics Inc. - Brisbane, Calif., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $18, managed by Goldman Sachs and Citigroup. Proposed Nasdaq symbol ATRA. Business: An early-stage biotech targeting muscle loss in patients with end-stage renal disease.

El Pollo Loco Holdings Inc. - Costa Mesa, Calif., 7.1 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Jefferies, Morgan Stanley, and Baird. Proposed Nasdaq symbol LOCO. Business: Tex-Mex fast food chain with 401 locations, primarily in California.

Immune Design Corp. - Seattle, 4.7 million shares, priced $12 to $14, managed by Jefferies and Leerink Partners. Proposed Nasdaq symbol IMDZ. Business: An early-stage biotech developing immunotherapy oncology treatments.

Innocoll AG - Athlone, Ireland, but incorporated in Germany, 5.4 million American depositary shares, each representing approximately 0.0755 of an ordinary share, priced $13 to $15, managed by Piper Jaffray and Stifel. Proposed Nasdaq symbol INNL. Business: Develops absorbable collagen drugs to treat pain, foot infections and adhesions.

Intersect ENT Inc. - Menlo Park, Calif., 5 million shares, priced $11 to $13, managed by J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray. Proposed Nasdaq symbol XENT. Business: Sells absorbable nasal implants for post-surgical sinusitis relief.

Mapi-Pharma Ltd. - Ness Ziona, Israel, 2.7 million shares, priced $13 to $15, managed by Aegis Capital. Proposed Nasdaq symbol MAPI. Business: Developing extended-release formulations of existing drugs and generics. 2.9 million share deal was originally scheduled for week of June 30.

Ocular Therapeutix Inc. - Bedford, Mass., 5 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by Morgan Stanley, Cowen & Co., and RBC Capital Markets. Proposed Nasdaq symbol OCUL. Business: Develops eye therapies using a sustained-release hydrogel platform.

Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. - Luxembourg, 18 million common shares, priced $21 to $24, managed by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and UBS. Proposed NYSE symbol OEC. Business: Leading global producer of carbon black.

Spark Energy Inc. - Houston, 3 million shares, priced $19 to $21, managed by Baird and Stifel. Proposed Nasdaq symbol SPKE. Business: Natural gas and electricity retailer primarily in Illinois and California.

Townsquare Media Inc. - Greenwich, Conn., 8.3 million shares, priced $14 to $16, managed by BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, and RBC Capital Markets. Proposed NYSE symbol TSQ. Business: Oaktree-backed operator of 312 radio stations in small and mid-sized markets.
