Last-minute concert switch will benefit local flood victims
A pair of folksingers who had their Brandon gig swept away by flood evacuations have found a second location for tonight and will donate a portion of their proceeds to flood recovery in Brandon.
Emma Cloney is playing a last-minute in gig in Brandon at Clancy’s after being forced to cancel her original date at Lady of the Lake.

Our live flood cams are positioned at Conservation Drive and at Veterans Way. There are six more elsewhere in the province, plus one in Grand Forks.
The concert will also feature Dan Frechette and will take place tonight, Thursday, at 8 p.m. A $5 admission fee will be charged.
Part of the money will go the Canadian Red Cross to support the flood recovery efforts in Brandon.
