Accused Alberta Bible college sex intruder makes court appearance

DRUMHELLER, Alta. - A man accused of sexually assaulting several students in a dormitory at a central Alberta Bible college has had his case put over to next month.

Renie Gall, who is 33 and from Three Hills, appeared in Drumheller court on Friday on charges of break and enter, theft and six counts of sexual assault.

Gall is to return to court for a bail hearing Sept. 3.

The Prairie Bible Institute in Three Hills says it has made improvements to its security after the alleged crimes last Sunday.

The school says an intruder got in through a window and crept into unlocked rooms, asking men and women for sex.

A suspect turned himself in and remains in custody. (CKDQ)
