Police say they happened across drugs while arresting a man who was drinking when he wasn’t supposed to be.
Responding to an unrelated matter on the 800-block of Pacific Avenue at around 1 a.m. yesterday, police say they spotted a man who had been drinking despite being on probation, with a court order not to drink.
A 32-year-old Brandon man is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 25 to face charges of possession of marijuana and breach of probation.
