A man tried to pass an altered prescription for a drug at a local pharmacy on Thursday, police said.
He had altered the prescription to increase the number of tablets allowed, Brandon police said in a release Sunday.
A 53-year-old city man was located and charged on Saturday for uttering a forged document and was released to later appear in court.
