A 26-year-old Brandon woman was charged with impaired driving after testing three times over the legal blood alcohol limit, police say.
She was also charged with driving without a licence after being stopped at a checkstop at about 10:20 p.m. on Saturday.
She is set to appear in court on Thursday to face charges.
A 19-year-old female passenger in the vehicle tried to give a false identity, but officers discovered who she was and that she had a warrant for her arrest.
She appeared in court on Sunday to face charges of public mischief and failing to attend court.
