A Winnipeg man faces impaired driving charges after being spotted swerving in traffic several times.
Police say they pulled over the vehicle at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 200-block of 10th Street.
The man behind the wheel showed signs of intoxication and was arrested. Breath samples showed an alcohol content that was over the legal limit.
A 38-year-old Winnipeg man is to appear in court on Feb. 4 on a charge of impaired driving.
