Cops charge man after disturbance on Dennis

Before causing a disturbance at a Dennis Street home, a homeless intoxicated man broke a house window on Princess Avenue on Saturday evening, police say.

The 28-year-old man was arrested by city police after causing the disturbance at the home on the 300-block of Dennis Street before another call came in he had purposely smashed the house window that same night on the 100-block of Princess Avenue.

The man was found in breach of a court order by being intoxicated and was charged with mischief under $5,000. He spent the night at Brandon Correctional Centre.
