A Dauphin man has been charged with mischief after he’s alleged to have damaged property at a home in that city.
Police were called to Second Avenue NE at around 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. They say that a 21-year-old resident of the home had damaged some items in the home and, when asked to leave, became unruly.
The man was taken into custody after a brief struggle with the officers, but was later released. He is to make his first court appearance in Dauphin on March 26.
