An appeal hearing will take place at Monday’s city council meeting regarding 1129 Assiniboine Ave.
Owners of the property are appealing the Planning Commission’s decision to reject their application, which included a request to increase the maximum number of dwelling units from two to four and reduce parking spaces from six to five.
Also on the agenda is the topic of downtown angled parking on Ninth and 10th streets.
Council will consider recommendations from Ted Snure, the city’s general manager of development services.
City council will also approve the schedule of 2014 meeting dates, and read three separate rezoning bylaws — 347 Douglas St., 507 42nd St. and 1920 Park Ave.
