Crime Stoppers -- Help police solve theft from vehicles

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a theft from vehicles.

Sometime during the evening on Feb. 20 and the early morning hours on Feb. 21, someone broke into and damaged several vehicles between the 800-block of 19th Street and the 1000-block of 26th Street.

A Walden guitar in a black Silverstone case was stolen from one of the vehicles and the steering column was damaged attempting to steal the vehicle.

No suspects have been arrested.

Wanted by police

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Jennifer Dawn Black, who is wanted by police.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Black, 35, who is charged with theft under $5,000, breach of a probation order and failure to attend court.

Police report that on Oct. 4, a female allegedly stole $700 from a Brandon residence.

In addition, the female allegedly breached conditions on her probation order and failed to attend court on Dec. 5.
