The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a break and enter.

Sometime overnight on Jan. 12, thieves broke a door to gain entry into a garage on the 300-block of Dennis Street.

Stolen was a Powerfist air compressor valued at $200. No suspects have been arrested.

Wanted by police

The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Quentin Elliot Paul Deveau, who is wanted by police.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Deveau, who is charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and threatening to cause death or injury.

Police report that on Jan. 18, a male allegedly brandished a sword and threatened to cut a female with the sword inside a Brandon residence on the 800-block of 17th Street.

After being arrested and later released, the suspect failed to attend court on Feb. 24.

If you have any information as to the whereabouts of Quentin Elliot Paul Deveau or anyone else wanted by police, you are asked to contact Brandon Crime Stoppers.
