A 25-year-old Brandon man was charged with impaired driving causing bodily harm and driving over .08, after a three-vehicle collision at Victoria Avenue and Creighton Boulevard.
Police received a report shortly before 2 a.m. Sunday that a vehicle rear-ended a taxi, which in turn rear-ended another taxi.
The driver of the vehicle that caused the crash appeared intoxicated when police arrived, so he was taken to the BPS station, where he failed a breath test.
One of the taxi drivers was injured and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The accused will appear in court later this month to face charges.
