Police say they were on patrol early yesterday morning when they spotted a man behind a Brandon hotel who turned out to be driving while impaired.
It was just past 2 a.m. when they located the man, in Brandon’s west end. He was arrested and charged with impaired driving and driving over .08.
A 24-year-old man, not from Brandon, will appear in court later this month.
