The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in solving a business break and enter.
Sometime between Aug. 19 and Aug. 20, thieves broke into a building on the 1100-block of Ninth Street belonging to the South End Community Centre.
Once inside, the suspects stole a quantity of cash. No suspects have been arrested.

Wanted by police
The Brandon Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Victor Angel Mendez, who is wanted by police.
Mendez, 33, is charged with failure to attend for fingerprints.
Police report that on Aug. 30, 2009, a male allegedly was operating a vehicle and was stopped and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired and driving over .08.
The male was released on a appearance notice and failed to attend for fingerprinting on Sept. 1, 2009.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Mendez.
