Here's a list of open hours for some businesses and important services for Monday:
Your newspaper
* The Brandon Sun will not publish Monday but will return Tuesday.
City of Brandon
* The Civic Administration Building and Civic Services Complex will be closed.
Transit
* Buses won't run and the Transit Information Centre and Transit Office will be closed with regular hours resuming Tuesday. Handi-Transit will run from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
Travel
* Buses at the Grey Goose-Greyhound bus depot will run on their regular schedule. Call 727-0643 for times.
Liquor
* All city Liquor Marts will be open Monday from noon to 6 p.m. All licensed premises in the province, including hotel beer vendors, may be open for liquor service on Monday. Privately owned liquor vendors are subject to arrangements within their own municipalities.
Health
* The Brandon Clinic, Newmount Medical Clinic, Wheat City Medical Clinic, Western Medical Clinic and the Rosser Medical Group are closed on Monday.
* Brandon Clinic West is open from noon to 4 p.m.
* The Wheat City, Miller's, Brandon Clinic and Medical Centre pharmacies are closed.
Garbage
* There will be no garbage collection Monday and the five-day refuse collection cycle will move forward one day. Tuesday will be Day 5 of the refuse collection cycle.
* The Eastview Landfill Site will be open Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on Monday.
* The Eco Centre for used oil, oil filters and oil container disposal is closed on Monday.
Canada Post
* Canada Post offices will be closed. There will be no mail delivery or collection. However, post offices operated by the private sector will be open according to the hours of service of the host business.
Shopping
* Shoppers Mall is open noon to 5 p.m. and The Town Centre will be closed.
