Police received a complaint of an impaired driver in the Tim Hortons drive-thru early Sunday morning.
A 35-year-old Brandon man was located in his vehicle in the parking lot when police arrived.
He has been charged with care and control of a vehicle while impaired and refusing to provide a breath sample.
The man was to be released from the Brandon Correctional Centre when sober. He is to appear in court on June 23.
