Brandon Police Service officers tracked down and arrested a suspect Tuesday, after a woman says she was assaulted over the weekend.
The victim went to the police station on Sunday, saying that she had been at a local motel with a man that she knew when, after an argument, she was grabbed and thrown against a wall.
The suspect, a 35-year-old Brandon man, faces a charge of assault and is scheduled to appear in court on March 4.
